The offshore wind power project is progressing
The project of 160 wind turbines planned for the sea area at the height of Oulu is progressing towards an environmental impact assessment. The wind power company OX2 Finland has submitted the evaluation program to the authorities and on 8.9. A public event will be organized in Raahe about the project's plans.
