Eastern Finland's largest wind farm is to cover the electricity consumption of 80,000 households

The annual energy production of the wind farm is said to be more than 400 gigawatt hours, which corresponds to the annual electricity consumption of approximately 80,000 households, assuming that one household uses 5,000 kilowatt hours of electricity per year.

The finished park consists of 22 wind turbines, and it is estimated to be completed by the end of 2024. Read on here from Yle's news more.
